London. 12mo 328pp plus index, plus 16pp of line and photo illustrated advertisement for equipment and processes, mainly Penrose or for which Penrose was agent. Black cloth covered boards with bright spine and face gilt lettering. Inside back paper partly started otherwise overall condition very good. Comprehensively illustrated by line and monotone half tones with five full page pulls to illustrate the process of printing four colour tint printing. The book deals from artwork to plate making via wet and dry.
